We organised 2018's last Shrachi Engage, our dealer mechanic training programme at  Cuttack in Odisha from 18th Dec to 23rd Dec 2018. This was one of our longest training programmes, spanning 6 days. More than 20 mechanics from had come for the training programme from dealers across the Odisha. The 6 day programme was held with an effective curriculum which gave the mechanics hands-on experience of understanding assembling, servicing our machines, their gear box, and other technical aspects as well as the required theoretical knowhow. The training session was highly successful. The training helped to drive more knowledge in the mechanics, who can now service our customers with much more confidence.
