Shrachi has a wide range of markets in the North East, India. So to meet the need of our customers and to provide the after-sales services. A Free Service Camp was organized by us with our dealer M/S Tapas Chakraborty, Agartala from 1st September 2021 to 9th September 2021, and with our dealer’s help we were able to reach various regions in Tripura as it would have been very hard for us to explore the new place.

Most of the machines we attended were running on good conditions and the customers were very satisfied with our products. They also appreciated our efforts to provide free service camp in those remote areas.
